Processing times & shipping costs

We process every order as carefully and quickly as possible. The total turnaround time depends on what you order: an in-stock product, film developing, scans or another photo lab service.

Film developing

Processing time starts once your film has actually been received by us. C-41 colour film and regular black-and-white film are normally processed as quickly as possible. Special processes, busy periods or technical checks may increase processing times.

E-6 slide film is processed in batches. Turnaround times may therefore be longer than for standard C-41 or black-and-white film.

Scans

If you have ordered scans, you will receive them digitally once developing and quality control have been completed. Please note that shipping your negatives is separate from digital delivery of your scans.

Shipping products and negatives

Orders sent by post are handed over to the carrier after processing. The carrier's delivery time is additional to our own processing time. Carrier delays are beyond our direct control.

Available shipping methods and their costs are shown at checkout. Final shipping costs depend on factors including the destination, parcel size and chosen shipping method.

Negatives: shipping or collection

For film developing, where this option is available with your order, you can choose what happens to your negatives. You can have them returned by post or collect them from us in The Hague. Select the option that suits you when ordering.

If you have not received anything after the expected processing and delivery time, contact info@foto-denhaag.nl and include your order number. We will check the status for you.
