Would you like to return a purchase? Below you can read the rules that apply to physical products and to our photography and film services.

Physical products

For standard, unused products purchased online as a consumer, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt generally applies. Let us know within this period that you wish to cancel the purchase. Under the statutory rules, you then have a further 14 days to return the product.

As far as reasonably possible, the product must be returned complete and in good condition. You may inspect a product as you would in a shop. Any reduction in value caused by use beyond this may be charged to the customer.

Film developing, scans and custom work

Developing, scanning and specially made photographic prints are services or custom work. Once work has begun at your request or the custom product has been produced, the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded by law. For example, a developed roll of film can no longer be restored to its original condition.

Received a faulty, incorrect or damaged item?

Please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, include photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair or a refund where you are legally entitled to one.

Return costs and refunds

For a standard withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the item is paid by the customer, unless we agree otherwise. In the event of an error on our part or a valid warranty claim, we assess return costs in accordance with statutory rules. Any refund due will be processed via the original payment method within the statutory period, once the conditions for a refund have been met.
